He could not charge your card and credit his card. This was a credit/debit card transaction. There is no way for Danny to over charge a guest and pocket the money. You refused to listen and wanted to argue. Danny (our staff) does not discriminate against anyone. There is a sign at the front desk that explains this policy. Authorizations drop off after you check out depending on your banking institution. Anything else was an authorization, and not a charge. Those were the only charges that were made by us. On 9/24/19, you wanted it put on your credit card so his credit card was credited for the $76.95. Your husband's card was charged $76.95 on 9/23/19. Then you extended a day and then a few more days. Your first night was prepaid about a month ago. Then made charges after we were escorted out by police. I believe Danny has done this before and pockets the money he over charges.
Note they hotel made several more charges to my CC for days we were not even there. I had two minor daughters with me that were suffered emotion anguish because of this man, Danny. We explained about the charges and were informed we would have to leave. The police were called and three arrived. I was ordered by this verbally abusive man Danny I was checking out. He laughed and told me I was checking out. I said I felt I was being discriminated against because I am a woman. I told recoded the exchange at this point. He said he was NOT going to fix the charges. I was asking why there were all these charges? He told me to call my bank. Upon inquiry of the charges with Danny on the second day of our extended stay. They had charged nearly $900 for a hotel rate of $64.99. Twice on my husbands CC and once on mine. I gave them a separate CC for the additional 4 days. We then had opted to stay four extra days till we were scheduled to return home. We stayed three days in early Sep before a flight for a cruise. While the hotel is comfortable and nice, the front desk agent Danny is abusive and discriminated against me because I am a woman. Absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had.
